Welcome to the section dedicated to my scientific and publishing activity.

Throughout my career, alongside my clinical activity, I have maintained a constant commitment to theoretical and applied research in the fields of psychiatry, neuroscience, psychotherapy, music therapy and, more recently, pharmacology and molecular phytotherapy.

The dissemination of my publications within the international scientific community is well documented by the main bibliometric platforms:

• Indexed publications: 62 on ResearchGate.
• ResearchGate citations: over 1,950.
• Google Scholar citations: over 900.
• H-index: 11.

My publishing activity includes scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals, academic monographs and works for a broader audience produced with Italian, British and American publishers. I also founded and directed the international scientific journal Complessità & Cambiamento, which, between the 1990s and the 2000s, developed a new complexity-based approach to Psychiatry, featuring contributions from leading international authors in Cognitive Therapy.

The main directions of my scientific activity include the development of innovative models for understanding and treating complex psychopathological phenomena and psychiatric disorders, with particular reference to addictions, eating disorders and schizophrenia.

In recent years, my research has expanded into cutting-edge fields:

• Complex Quantum Thermodynamics of the Mind: a recent scientific and conceptual innovation of mine applied to the study of entropy and negentropy processes of the mind and within the field of complex psychiatry.
• Biophysical and technological models: biophysical pharmacodynamic models applied to substance-based medical devices and the development of the MindLAB Set, CardioLAB Set and NeuroLAB Set platforms.
• New therapeutic approaches: development of Complex Therapy and Complex Music Therapy (analog and digital).
• Artificial Intelligence: the study and prudent, productive use of AI applied to science, a subject at the core of my forthcoming monograph: Lo Scienziato e i suoi Assistenti Transumani.
